 is currently scripting the tiein issue for War of the Independents, where his character EL VALIENTE, gets to rub shoulders with some heavy hitters in the indie comic book arena like The Savage Dragon, Madman, Cerebus, and even Too Much Coffee Man!He wanted some rough sketches of what the two main charaters of his tie-in issue would look like, drawn by the legendary Richard DOmingues of EL GATO NEGRO fame, and asked me to visualize what El Valiente would have looked like in the past and here he is! the war hammer suits him just fine! As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
